Raising Funds for the Future of CREATE

CREATE supports San Francisco State University’s Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Certificate Program to develop a job ready workforce whose success ensures the future of the Commercial Real Estate Industry.

Funds raised each May at CREATE’s Annual Gala go to support the SF State CRE Program as well as provide financial aid and scholarships to students.

Aside from raising program funds, the May Annual Gala is also an opportunity for CREATE’s alliance members, BOMA San Francisco, BOMA Oakland/East Bay, IREM, and NAIOP, and industry partners to come together in one annual celebration.

Annual Gala Events

Each year, an industry honoree is recognized and program beneficiaries are introduced. Attendees enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while they mingle and bid on silent auction items.

Without the support from each and every person, CREATE would falter in its mission to “build a sustainable future for the commercial real estate industry by expanding the commercial real estate workforce.” CREATE hopes to benefit from even more events in the future.
