Internship: 2026 Presidio Scholars Summer Program – Due 3/6/2026

Applications are open for the 2026 Presidio Scholars Summer Program, a paid, six-week immersive experience for students interested in real estate development, design, finance, and the built environment. Scholars will explore architecture, construction, city planning, investment fundamentals, and more, while getting behind-the-scenes access to real projects across the San Francisco Bay Area. Through hands-on workshops, 1:1 mentorship, behind-the-scenes building and project tours, and in-person meetings with industry leaders, participants will build career skills, expand their professional network, and receive personalized support with their resumes and career goals. Students will also create a polished final capstone project they can share with future employers, mentors, and academic advisors. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to check with their college to determine whether they may receive academic credit for completing the program. There will be two Summer 2026 cohorts, each running Monday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm in San Francisco. Students receive a stipend for their participation. • Cohort 1: June 1 to July 15, 2026 | • Cohort 2: June 29 to August 12, 2026 | Please note that program dates may be adjusted. Applications close on Friday, March 6th, 2026, at 6 pm PT. Spots are limited, so students are encouraged to apply early. After submitting the application, students will be asked to follow up with their most recent resume, college or school transcript, and one letter of recommendation from a teacher, mentor, counselor, or academic advisor for their application to be considered complete.
