Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support and manage the operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of a portfolio of properties in San Mateo and Redwood City, CA. This role will work closely with the Property Manager to deliver first-class property management services and lead the day-to-day operations including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, customer service, property maintenance, financial reporting and oversight of service providers.
