Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow’s Employees (CREATE) kicked off its 2025-2026 cohort at San Francisco State University on 9/3 with 60 students — the largest single cohort in CREATE’s history. Students learned CREATE’s role in preparing the next generation of CRE professionals, met some instructors, connected with their peers and learned about the 16-session journey ahead. From asset management to leasing and development, these students will be exploring every corner of the industry.

You can ensure that this program remains a sustainable CRE workforce development program and FREE to the students by donating individually and at the corporate level.
