That’s A Wrap for the Mentor Match
CREATE Careers Committee wrapped up its annual Mentor Match on May 7. Mentors, mentees, members of the CREATE Careers Committee and the CREATE Board celebrated a successful mentoring season which provided participating students increased awareness of the CRE industry while building their network of industry professionals.
Congratulations to the 2025 Mentor of the Year, Tatiana Regnart, Kilroy Realty Corporation and 2025 Mentee of the Year, Chris Caro, a CREATE Fellow from the San Francisco State University program. With the introduction this year of CREATE Fellows Online, we doubled the number of mentees who cou
ld participate. Pictured from left to right are CREATE Careers Committee Vice Chair Brian Lu, JLL, a CREATE Alum (SFSU), Mentee of the Year Chris Caro, Mentor of the Year Tatiana Regnart, and CREATE Careers Committee Chair Tiffany Yeh, Kilroy Realty Corporation, also a CREATE Alum (SFSU).
Thank you to all the mentors for contributing their time and enthusiasm to this results-driven career development opportunity. Their participation makes a difference in the lives of so many students. Best of luck to the mentees, some of whom will graduate this month, and some who will graduate at year-end or spring 2025. Historically, over 50% of participants in this program have secured entry-level positions in the industry within the following 1-9 months depending on date of graduation.
Thanks to Rockhill Management, L.L.C. for use of their meeting center at 275 Battery Street.
