Mentor Program Success Leads to New Hire

Eduardo Vargas completed Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow’s Employees (CREATE) Fellows program at SFSU in May 2023. He participated in the classroom activities and availed himself of the Mentor Match program which introduced him to mentor Jason Smith, CPM, RPA, JLL. While he still has another year left to complete his finance degree at San Francisco State University, their connection turned into a job as a property associate for one of JLL’s SF properties.
