Mentor Success!

CREATE Donor and supporter JLL hosted a building tour for CREATE Fellows mentees and their JLL mentors who participated in CREATE’s annual Mentor Match. The annual Mentor Match connects CREATE Fellows with both senior level and emerging professionals in the local commercial real estate community to offer knowledge, guidance and to expand their network. Over the course of 8-weeks, mentors and mentees complete at least three mandatory check-ins. Historically, over 50% of participants in this program have secured entry-level positions in the industry within the following 3-9 months depending on date of graduation.
