CREATE Mentor Match

The annual Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow’s Employees (CREATE) Mentor Match connects CREATE Fellows with both senior level and emerging professionals in the local commercial real estate community to offer knowledge, guidance and to expand their network. Utilizing a “speed dating” format over the course of 2 hours, 15 students met with two mentors during each round: one senior level professional and one emerging professional, for a total of 30 connections. Students will be matched with a senior and emerging professional mentor after submitting their top 5 choices. Over the course of the next 8-weeks, mentors and mentees will complete three mandatory check-ins.

Historically, over 50% of participants in this program have secured entry-level positions in the industry within the following 3-9 months depending on date of graduation.
