Ballast

The Ballast Investments team is growing, and we are hiring 2 analysts on our asset management team. Ballast is a vertically integrated operator investing in multifamily, student housing, and manufactured housing properties, largely in San Francisco & the Bay Area.

Ballast is actively acquiring new properties and was recently awarded the asset & property management assignment for Parkmerced; it’s an exciting time at the firm and we need additional capacity.

This is an experienced role, and ideally we would like someone with prior multifamily experience. Strong Excel and Yardi skills are a plus. Analysts frequently present analysis directly to the President & CEO, so maturity and strong communication skills are crucial.
