CREATE Board Welcomes Liz Despins, RPA

Commercial Real Estate Alliance for Tomorrow’s Employees (CREATE) welcomes Liz Despins, RPA, to its board of directors representing Alliance Partner BOMA Oakland/East Bay. Liz is deeply invested in the workforce issues that our industry faces. She is passionate about the need to provide education for our industry and excited at the prospect of being able to be a part of CREATE. She served on the BOMA Oakland/East Bay board from 2017-2025 which included President in 2023. She currently serves on the BOMA International Awards Committee & the BOMA International Workforce Advocacy Committee.

Liz has over twenty years of experience in property management with experience in owner-operator, investment portfolio, and corporate real estate ownership in the San Francisco Bay Area market. Currently a portfolio manager with Newmark, Liz oversees a diverse portfolio of over 2.3 million square feet of office space.
